The National Institutes for Health’s Division of Nutrition Research Coordination provides many resources for nutrition education.  This site has links to resources about condition-specific nutrition recommendations published by agencies including the National Institute on Aging (NIA), the National Cancer Institute (NCI), and the National Institute on Deafness and other Communication Disorders (NIDCD).

Pac West MCH Disability Learning Network has published six training modules for professionals on nutrition for children with special health care needs.  Topics include growth assessment, dietary intake and determining individual needs, feeding skills, fluid and bowel problems, integrating community services and programs, and developing a family-centered plan.
