A Strategic Plan for Delaware to Promote Health and Prevent Secondary Health Conditions in Individuals with Disabilities

This strategic plan was developed by the Center for Disabilities Studies and its partners to provide a blueprint for legislators, policymakers, state agencies, community organizations, and individuals with disabilities and their family members about how to improve the health and well being of Delawareans with disabilities.
